Christina is a Business Strategist and Startup Advisor  to various technology startups with over 30 years of experience in retail, finance, health, and tech.

She was previously Managing Director at Dentsu, CMO at honestbee and at NTUC Fairprice, CMO-In-Residence at SMU Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship

Christina brings a multi-disciplinary perspective, drawing from corporate strategy, human-centered design, digital transformation, and behavioral insights. 

She guides leaders, teams, and businesses to rise beyond challenges and thrive in an ever-evolving landscape by blending strategic insight, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of human dynamics. ​

As a certified brain fitness coach, she integrates neuroscience with leadership and business transformation to enhance mental agility and resilience.

She graduated with Bachelor of Business Administration from National University of Singapore with executive certifications from IMD and Santa Clara University.

She is a sought-after keynote speaker, mentor, and policy researcher.
